- The images and video provided are for promotional use only by the commissioning and licensing parties. Grey Coast Film retains all rights to the images and video. They are non-exclusively and non-transferably granted for promotional purposes under the Copyright Act (S. 10(2)).
- Single-ended use photographs and video are strictly for the original commissioning party or agent's one-time sale or promotion of the subject property. No other use or transfer of the images or video is permitted. Future usage by homeowners, contractors, or other parties requires purchasing and requesting usage from Grey Coast Film. Payment must be made before granting the license and delivering the photos and video
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and delivery of photos and or video
- You are aware of minimum turnaround times for each service (please see listed services above)
- The property will be ready for photography upon scheduled arrival time
- Photographers are unable to assist you in cleaning or moving any personal property due to insurance limitations
- All exterior photos will convey the current weather conditions, which could include rain, clouds, bright sun, snow and extreme shadows
- You will be invoiced $85 for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment
- If 2D Floor plan has been ordered you are aware that room sizes and dimensions are approximate, actual dimensions may vary slightly, and that this service does not replace a professional measurement. It is highly accurate but not guaranteed.
- Once media has been delivered to client, Grey Coast Film is not obligated to store/archive media
